with a hint of branding

Plug off is an app and system to help motivate the user to temporarily disconnect from the tech world. By doing this, we hope the user will reconnect with activities and people outside of their phone, tv, etc.

  • The goal for this project started with researching large megatrends; digital transformations and technological breakthroughs. The overuse of technology leads to an overwhelming amount of problems. We created something to catch the user easily by using technology, but would lead to “plugging off.”

  • By creating an app and system to create a social aspect to “plugging off” of devices makes for a modern approach to reducing screen time and enjoying activities more regularly.
